The 7 Mile Grill is the best spot in the Keys for authentic Greek specialties. You’ll never believe that this yummy dish only takes about 15 minutes to prepare and ten minutes to cook. It is just so damn good! Here’s how you can make it right at home.

Ingredients 
EVOO
1Lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Small / 1/2 White Onion, diced
1 Large Tomato, diced
6 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
2 Oz Ouzo
Oregano to your liking
Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Line EVOO on bottom of pan, add onion salt & pepper. Sauté until onions are soft and translucent.
Add shrimp and tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn shrimp, add the feta and sprinkle with oregano. Cook for further 2-3 minutes then pour i2 ounces of ouzo over shrimp. Light and quickly flambé to burn off alcohol.

Serve with garlic bread, essential to mop up the delicious sauce.
