Wow the crowd with this easy and delicious Persian Lime Marinated Chicken made with Olive Morada’s Persian Lime Olive Oil & Mango Balsamic. 


4 chicken breasts
3 Oz + 4 Oz of Olive Morada Mango Balsamic
2 Oz of Olive Morada Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 Mango
4 Tomatoes
½ Cucumber
2 Red Chilis with seeds removed
3 Tsp. Chopped Cilantro
2 Tb Olive Morada EVOO
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Mix 3oz Mango Balsamic with 2oz of Persian Lime Olive Oil, salt and pepper

Butterfly the chicken breasts. Place breasts in marinade and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
For the Salsa: Chop mango, tomatoes, cucumber, red chili, and cilantro. Place in bowl and add 4oz of the Mango Balsamic Vinegar and the 2 tablespoons of EVOO, salt and pepper. Mix together and let stand.

Brush large frying pan with EVOO and grill chicken for about 4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Serve hot chicken with salsa. Drizzle a bit of mango vinegar over the top and garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.
