Ingredients
1 Lettuce Leaf, shredded
5 Wonton Chips (Fried crispy)
1 oz Seaweed Salad
4 oz Sesame Seared Tuna, diced
Drizzle Wasabi Aioli
Drizzle Sweet Soy Reduction
Preparation
Lay shredded lettuce in the dish. Place wonton chips in a line slightly overlapping at the edges. Spread seaweed salad on top of wontons. Place tuna over seaweed salad. Drizzle with wasabi aioli and sweet soy reduction.
