9AM Pride Flag Installation on the Hoyt Vandenberg
This will be the first Pride Flag installed on a ship that is an artificial reef! Captain’s Corner Dive Center and dive instructor Steph Paige has generously offered a dive boat for the installation. Only certified divers will be able to help with the installation of the flag. Anyone interested in being on the boat should call Leslie at 305-304-0437. There is no charge for the trip, but it is limited to 10 non-divers. The boat will leave at 9:30am and return four hours later. Corner of Elizabeth and Greene Streets.

This staged reading of the highly acclaimed 2000 play by Moisés Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Project documents the reaction to the 1998 murder of gay University of Wyoming student, Matthew Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming. The murder was denounced as a hate crime and brought attention to the lack of hate crime laws in various states, including Wyoming.
