Mini-Me Science Session — Musical Marsupial
Miami: Little scientists, ages two to five, have the opportunity to become “marsupial parents” while learning about mammal adaptations through a fun and engaging experience. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes, with a 30-minute hands-on activity followed by a 30-minute guided museum exploration. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Exhibition: The Dig
Miami: This fascinating exhibit explores how scientists use fossilized remains of prehistoric creatures to discover and study ancient life that once roamed Earth. Interactive displays allow you to explore what it’s like to be a real paleontologist, and you’ll actually see them working in real-time on fossils collected in the field. Miami: This incredible journey focuses on the urgent need for conservation and showcases close to 60 indigenous species. You’ll also get to see the James A Kushlan South Florida Wading Bird Exhibit; experience Lostman’s River Boat Ride; crawl through a “tunnel” at the crocodile habitat; slide through the North American River Otter Exhibit, and shimmy through a viewing area at the black bear exhibit.
