The worst thing about flying into Key West is having to change planes at a major hub.

But get this: starting on February 15, American Airlines will offer seasonal non-stop service on Saturdays between Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS) and Key West International Airport (EYW).

American’s new service, the first and only into the Florida Keys from Boston, runs through May 2, 2020. Tickets are already on sale and the carrier’s E175 regional jets have seating for 64 main cabin and 12 first-class passengers. The airline is also launching a new Saturday service from New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA) on Dec. 21.
In addition to these new direct flights, American also offers daily nonstop flights into Key West from Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), as well as from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

You can also catch direct flights into Key West every Saturday from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Starting in January, AA will offer these direct flights daily. Flights to the Keys during high season always book up quickly, so if you plan on coming down this winter, check out some of these new options.
