If you’ve never been to the legendary Pierre’s Restaurant, you’re missing out on one of the most memorable and fabulous dining experiences in the Florida Keys.

Overlooking Florida Bay in the heart of Islamorada, the “Pierre’s Experience” immerses you in inventive, award-winning fine dining with an exotic vibe. Backdropped by a spectacular tropical setting and reminiscent of the old colonial-style residences found in West Africa; Pierre’s sets the stage for a night you will never forget.

Pierre'sStepping inside this historic two-story plantation house is like stepping through a Star Gate. The imaginative interior design embraces an eclectic mix of Old World cultures that takes you to another place and time.

Anchored by dark planked wood floors, the upstairs dining room boasts an eighteenth-century Indian arcade, natural textured walls, and smooth teak tables on kilim rugs. You’ll find Moroccan, Indian, and African artifacts at every turn, and each entryway is outfitted with a richly carved, nineteenth-century monastery door from India. Carved walls, Moroccan lamps, and banquettes strewn with colorful pillows exude romance, while the expansive waterfront veranda tributes life in paradise.

PierresPierre’s award-winning culinary couture is a French fusion with regional influences. Indulge in starters like the Chilled Seafood Tower, Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, and other luscious beginnings. FYI: It’s easy to go overboard with Pierre’s epicurean small plates, so pace yourself — the entrees are just as outstanding.

Main Plates may include Snake River Wagyu Beef Strip with fermented black garlic bone marrow butter, Florida Keys Lobster Tail in Thai coconut curry sauce, and Mallard Duck Breast with Italian chestnut puree.

On the main floor, the legendary Green Flash Lounge invites you to linger at the beautiful mahogany bar or cuddle together on leather Chesterfield sofas, cozy banquettes, and comfy rattan chairs. In addition to your favorite libations, the Green Flash Lounge also serves the same award-winning menu as the upstairs dining room. You’re also welcome to delve into the “Pierre’s experience” on the downstairs bayfront veranda. It’s a perfect respite for cocktailing, dining, and sunsetting.

Pierre'sIf you’re in the mood for inventive fine dining with an exotic vibe and a spectacular setting, the “Pierre’s Experience” should be on your Keys’ Bucket List.
