Here’s the thing about Key’s locals: although we’re a relatively gregarious bunch, we can still be a tad selfish when it comes to sharing some of our favorite hangs.
Take the new Kiki’s Sandbar on Little Torch Key, for example. What was once a rustic outpost with a food truck, a few umbrellaed picnic tables, and a small outdoor bar has morphed into a spectacular waterfront chilling station. And guess what? It’s getting more high-fives than ever before.
A three hundred foot dock with a five-foot draft makes it a perfect spot to pull up your boat and grab a bite. The open water views are fabulous, and the new expanded menu won’t disappoint.
Yes, sipping on tropical cocktails and feasting on fresh local seafood on the dog-friendly beach is still an option. But now, there’s also a brand new upstairs dining room and full kitchen that’s winning rave reviews from both locals and out-of-towners, alike.
You’ll find lots of island favorites like Kiki’s Famous Ahi Tuna Nachos, Coconut Shrimp, Smoked Fish Dip, Conch Fritters, and other goodies. There’s also a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads, tropical tacos, fried baskets, and daily specials.
The vibe at Kiki’s is always upbeat. The people are super friendly, and the live music sets the stage for Kokomo’s good times. BTW: They also have a daily killer Happy Hour from 4 – 6 pm.
