In honor of Key West’s upcoming Mango Fest (Wednesday, June 23-Sunday-June 27) we’re sharing one of the Keys favorite tropical cocktails! Cheers!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Medium Mango, chopped
3 Oz Blanco Tequila
1 Oz Lie Juice, freshly squeezed
1 Oz Agave Nectar
1/4 Oz Orange-Flavored Liqueur, like Grand Marnier
Fresh Mango Cubes for garnish
Ice
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the chopped mango and ice. Add tequila, lime juice, agave nectar and orange-flavors liqueur. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds. Strain and serve straight up in a chilled glass. Garnish with fresh mango cubes.
