Each tiny house is under 350 square feet and sleeps two to six guests. Situated near the RV resort’s Gulf of Mexico shoreline, each one has its own distinctive design and is equipped with linens, a full bath and standing shower, air conditioning and heat, a stove top, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware, a refrigerator, TV with basic cable and outdoor dining.

In addition to the Tiny House Village, the 399-site Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina features a full-service marina, a recreation center and stepladder access to an open-water swimming area from a sunset pier.
